so this is what it turned out to be. we had an arugula salad with a fresh dressing my brother made up: meyer lemons, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, dijon mustard, dried thyme, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. completely made up and turned out awesome.
I can't explain how well the ravioli turned out. My brother made the sauce, and i made the ravioli. It was absolutely delicious. it was as good, if not better, than anything we paid for going out to dinner this wknd. It was freakin' awesome. I out did myself. Here's a pic.
