Ummm good evening snails.
We had KFC for supper, Bela is spending the weekend so we wanted to provide something she’d like. It was very good but much too expensive!

And I'm not sure it is the same as it used to be. But then again, neither are my aging taste buds, so it could be that. Still good though. You can find the recipe for the 11 herbs and spices online and make your own knock-off version. You won't get their gravy and coleslaw though. They have the best coleslaw, IMHO. I cannot duplicate it.
