Many studies say different and I guess it depends why ur doing it and what ur eating while doing it. The main purpose for me was not to lose weight. it was more so I didn't spike my insulin over a 16 hour period. I'm going on a keto diet come monday for the summer or longer, so I'm getting my cheap carbs in now. Having pot roast and I'm making yeast rolls to go along with it. Who doesn't like yeast rolls with a pat of butter?
