it is - and while the room feels strange without the tank, inhabitants, and the sound of running water there's no way i'd volunteer for the amount of work involved again ;)
Fish are back in 6-test hospitable water.

I'll see how many are belly-up in the morning.

twice baked potatoes are in the oven - tilapia filet will follow soon ;) cucumber is cut up and drizzled in red wine vinegar
and
there's hope for less cooking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! catering service is starting a meal service - order by monday, pick up on thursdays. selections look good :thumb:
Family Meal Choices
Week 1
1. Pasta: Grilled Chicken Penne Alfredo with steamed broccoli and garlic butter baguette
2. Fish: Grilled Shrimp over cheesy sweet potato polenta, topped with roasted peppers & Tomatoes, and crumbled bacon (think: shrimp and grits on turbo boost) served with buttered crusty bread
3. Chicken: Mango-Ginger glazed chicken breast with mango salsa, wild rice, roasted asparagus, and dinner rolls
4. Beef: Salisbury steak with mushroom & onion gravy with creamy mashed potatoes, green beans, and dinner rolls
5. Pork: Cranberry and Apple BBQ (just trust us on this one) Spare Ribs, herb roasted potatoes, creamy coleslaw, and dinner rolls
WEEK 2 MENU
For pickup on July 28th
1. Pasta: Baked spaghetti with beefy marinara, green beans, and garlic butter Texas toast
2. Fish: brown sugar and coffee glazed baked salmon with spicy aioli, over a bed of succotash, dinner rolls
3. Chicken: crispy fried chicken strips, herb roasted potatoes, honey glazed carrots, dinner rolls
4. Beef: sweet and spicy meatballs with wild rice, steamed broccoli, freshly baked yeast rolls
5. Pork: BBQ pork, baked beans, creamy slaw, and sweet corn spoon bread… it’s so good, it could be served as a dessert!

single meals are $12.00, enough for 4 $40.00

i missed the deadline for this week but will order for next week! :D

What happens after Week 2? Does it cycle back
to Week 1? Dad's nursing home goes to Week 4.
Your place can do better than just 2 weeks.

I'd order "for 4", freeze (for 3), and wait for the
menu to change. Save some bucks that way.

Do they offer delivery as opposed to pick-up?

they just started this week and posted menu for week 2 after the noon deadline for ordering had passed for this week. no delivery but they try to accommodate ;) pickup is supposed to be between 3 and 4 but when i told them i'm not in town that late they offered lunch time pickup. :) i won't order the large option till i see how i like their cooking
