Well, isn't that nice. Hope u guys enjoy. Had a detour for dinner. A pound of jumbo lump crabmeat showed up, so I made crab cakes. Sliced and grilled egg plant on the barbee--slice, coat with olive oil to help the italian bread crumbs stick and sprinkle with fresh lemon. Thin sliced cucumbers on a mandoline, add thinly sliced onions with water and vinegar.
