Well now- thought I would share - actually have got a couple of interesting days ahead of "Me" . . . Apt management planning to repave parking lots - so everyone (250 apartments) have to find somewhere else to park (very few street spots) for the next 3 days . . . 2 very Funny thing is - there are many people dont move their vehicle for days at a time and just as many who can't walk further then 1 block - if that . . . Can't wait to see who hits who with their walkers/cane frist or run someone over with their motorized wheel chairs . . . .

Just Sayin' . . .

    HOA?

IF "YES"... and to think you pay EXTRA - every month - for
    that!!! What a wonderful world!!!

Well, it's only 3 days, I suppose. "My" street was supposed
to get all new "gutters" and repaving this year. It's not
happening. But, my point... my (ex-)hag had hers done and
it took 1.5 MONTHS. No driveway access, so people were
told to park ON THEIR LAWN. Tire tracks after 1.5 months
are hard to just cover up... but that was not part of the deal.
Any lawn damage is left to the home owner to repair.

There is a LOT of groaning and pissing and moaning and
    I can't say I blame them. 1.5 MONTHS.

Yeah, I whined (here) about the repaving, which was
announced only days after signing for a brand-new
vehicle. Sticky black asphalt chunks thrown by tires
up onto and into brand new paint.

Guess I dodged a bullet, at least for this year. By next
year, my Care-O-Meter won't register very high on the
    scale.

The roadway isn't even close to requiring a full dig-up
and repaving. Maybe too much in the town's bank
account and burning a hole in their pocket. It is a re-
    election year (supervisor) here.

I'll type a bit more later, but don't expect
any juicy revelations. Dinner on stove.
was not looking for anything 'juicy' - you guys been making those trips for ages and having a good time. so, it's kind of sad to see 'ex'
