Nope. I did like I said I would... printed EVERYTHING, yellow-highlighted
the dates, assembled in chronological order, put bill on top, stapled, put
in large manilla envelope and mailed to provider saying, basically, "YOU
deal with this".

Get a supplemental plan ...one that looks good in your area at a rate you can afford.

My Dad's supplemental plan went up 55% 2106 to 2017!!!

Just thought I'd throw that in there.

Oh... and his Social Security went up 0.3%.
