I'm not sure stationary bikes have the same effect, Tibs. But you can check on that...
I'll get as much info as I can Tibs! If I were to have a stationary bike, it would be the recumbent, and I agree that it would be a lot safer! You can set the resistance from very low to very high and can choose whether you want very low resistance simply to get blood flowing or high for muscle endurance.morning, obg and mad!

People consider that task "fun"???
... took about 1 hour
... dual coil deck
... Aromamizer
... ended up at .39 ohm via CM ohm meter
... .37 ohm as per mod
Put some 100% VG (first time for that) Nude Nicotine "tobacco".
I suppose it's good... nothing apples-to-apples which to compare.
100% VG causes a house to become "hazy" even after just a few hits.

Found a place about 20 miles away that sells bikes, stabilizing wheels and puts it all together for you. Going when the weather breaks, probably next week!
