G'mornin, snails!

It seems the rain & flooding keeps wanting to get its jabs in. Since the last one just at the end of 2015, efforts were made to improve at least one of the highway-major road intersections. And progress was made - you could see the new elevated exit ramps and such. All the current pictures of that intersection show the flood waters higher than before and the new elevated exit ramps and such are partially submerged. :(

All the businesses that have recovered to a certain degree are right back where they were or worse and the displaced families from their homes... :( :(

People should have listened to this guy: Record Missouri flooding was manmade calamity, scientist says...

Wow MadO!!!
People should know better. We know enough about drainage that they should solve that one. I mean, the ancient Egyptians did a better job.....
