I do still enjoy cigarettes though, a lot of people on here say they are disgusting an smell bad but to be perfectly honest I think they are so calming an if I see someone is smoking an smell it I always get tempted

You won't get any judgement from me, I'm a dual user tooAnd I have for a while, I'm only on two or three cigarettes a day. I stopped for four years but since August last year I had a lot going on an smoking was calming my nerves, I'm quitting again when I've finished these smokes

The four years were very hard and I still craved throughout the whole time, it's good to have someone else who dual uses! A lot of people on here are full time vapers now.
I only started my new job a month ago, hard to adjust isn't it? You get so used to doing nothing!
Yes it is and even harder for a middle aged person
A body in repose doesn't want to be set in motion There are a lot more dual users than you'll ever know
But you are young so if you can stop it sure would be the best thing you could do for yourself
