Thought I'd bring you a little dessert while waiting for my soup to warm

I made one of those today (3-layer vanilla butter cake). Practice for GF's B-Day. Predict I'll toss 1/2 of it.
Classic Vanilla Butter Cake Recipe
Tastes GOOD. Lots of flavor. (Bragging, but I don't normally bake, so I get to brag if I only do it once every few years).

Anyway, thanks Dale. Maybe I'll have the ice-cream to go with the cake. AG would be proud.
