*sigh* The Napa fires are horrific. The ones nearby are not as bad, but some evacuations have been ordered. Our friends in Anaheim Hills had to leave. I'm close to the coast--we're safe, but we can see the plumes of smoke hanging over Orange County.

I just scream "Representative!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" as loud as I can. Usually works.

As soon as I get a clueless representative, I ask to speak to a supervisor.
