Well, I planned on it, but I was up late last night dealing with a server problem.

So now IDK if I'm awake enough to care. I can always catch it on youtube tomorrow or something, or get the cheat-notes from 1000 news stories.

Yawn.

I posted a post "over there" about Getting rid of the SOTU address. He can write a letter to congress to meet constitutional obligations. I suppose in other years I've watched it, but even when I liked the POTUS reasonably well it's a zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I feel like I need to watch just so that I can witness the delivery. With this POTUS, it's a big part of his communication. I agree with the rest of your post, though.

Hi Fran.

No problem now, Stone. It was irritating, since I'm not a linux guy, and didn't get much support from "them", and I don't know "their" environment. But I figured it out without messing it up. Eventually.

I guess I should have asked XJ-linux for tips. But in the end, I figured out that there was a way to use THEIR interface to blow away the file system, so I could then restore a backup and have it work (the previous restores didn't fix this type of fs error)
