Good morning Fran, Tibs and Dale :)

Storms headed our way today, and we have an appointment in the city at 1:45. Have to leave an hour or so early, due to road work....
    Good morning Kat :)

Road work is such a pain! :nah:

She’s 9 months and about 30 lbs. a hound mix.

She’s very sweet, wiggly, loving, and smart (which means she can’t be out out sight for more than 30 sec). The girl dog is sometimes glad to have someone to play with and the boy dog thinks she’s ok, but would like her to go home already. Every enjoys the extra walks and cuddles and attention

More to say, but need to get over to Dad's.

Wanted to mention I discovered I'm allergic to the pollen of weeping
cherry (Prunus 'Snofozam'). I was prepping the garden area around
it and decided to prune out dead wood before it leafed out (it's still
blooming). Since it's like an umbrella, I got myself up inside under
the canopy... prune prune prune cut cut cut... and got a faceful of
pollen in the process. Eyes almost immediately started tearing up,
then went squinty-shut and swollen. Went in the house and flushed
them out with handfuls of water. Also noticed that an arm scratch
had welted up like a long long mosquito bite. Lesson and note to
self: work on that tree AFTER it blooms.

Again, just another quick pass-through... and sending well-wishes
    to everybody!!!

Appointment went well. Traffic wasn't bad at all, just had to keep up with the lane changes on the parkway. Met a guy and spent over an hour talking with him about photography and the history of Pittsburgh. This guy was a gold mine of information and a very pleasant way of sharing it. Home safe and sound and Maddy acted like we were gone for days, even though our neighbor, who she ADORES, came and fed her and spent time with her. No, she is NOT spoiled...lol :w00t:

    Feel better, my SweetSneezySniffly @SilverBear

Good evening and goodnight Snails. Sleep well, sweet dreams and a better tomorrow for all :)
