Good afternoon Snails

Had stitches removed yesterday and oddly, today, having some pain. Don't remember pain after removing stitches in the past.
Other than that, surgeon was pleased with the wound and seemed surprised that there was very little swelling. I attribute that to all the supps I've been taking one of which is B6 which acts as a diuretic

Chilly day here, but I'm not complaining. Just wish I had gotten out to enjoy it some, but was really lazy today. Maddy and I didn't do much of anything! And it really tired us out!

it's horrible but i have no reserves left. at over 200 lbs and no longer continent at all dh has worn me out the facility is just 10 to 15 minutes away so no problem there
