lol! when arthritis causes swelling (which occasionally happens) ice is recommended

Morning,tib My puffy hand didn't hurt last night much of any but hubs had wanted me to put a prescription pain patch on it. So I cut off a piece and taped it to the back of my hand. At least I slept good. Still just as puffy this am but pretty pain free. Have ice pack in freezer.

My knee is swollen like that off and on. Doing the ice thing, helps the swelling, not so much the pain.
