Hey,tib.I've never understood what ice packs kept in the freezer are good for. They freeze harder than a rock and I sure wouldn't want to put one on a sore spot.
you got the wrong ice packs. i'll get the right one into the mail for you either today or tomorrow ;)

They have soft ones. And it's also why a lot of doctors tell you to use frozen peas!!! :)

the right ones are really more of a cooling pack. you can make a substitute by using frozen peas or corn stuffed into a sock ;)

Thank you, tib:wub: Your right in that I don't have a proper ice pack. I just have the one hubs came out of the hospital with one time for his back....filled with just water. I could deal with a sock but I don't have any frozen veggies either. This ice pack I have did freeze but slamming it on the floor broke it up.It's not very cold however. How long is one supposed to sit with an ice pack on

the one that's coming is small and thin enough to bandage it to your hand; if no bandages handy you can use duct tape :D. btw it's generally advised not to put it directly on your skin but use a piece of gauze or a wet wash cloth.
