Used the Salonpas ointment cream with lidocaine plus, but yes, the patches do relieve quite a bit.
Certainly no walk this morning, but wouldn't go anyway with the temp being 44 . Thin blood doesn't do well with those temps.

25 this am. Not so bad for hubs dr appointment. 3 inches at the most on the ground.Still flying around but I don't think it's going to amount to much more.

Thanks, Gracie. Gonna have to try that. I assume you recommend both the ointment and patches? And where to you rub and/or place the medicine?
