The end result (to follow) is what Oreo had Winter of 2015/2016. Evenlet's hope this 'inversion' won't spook them. cats are sometimes slow to adept but all you can do atm is wait and see
morning, mr bear!![]()
all should be well then! The end result (to follow) is what Oreo had Winter of 2015/2016. Even
though the heated hut/house came during Winter 2016/2017, he continued
to go up into the chairs quite a bit. ('16/'17 is when Sheba showed up, and
she just does whatever Oreo does.) So, this is nothing new to them.
This will be Winter #4 for him hanging around here, and #3 for Sheba.
Looks comfy to me.So... anyway...
First goes on the very ill-fitting chair cover. It would be fine for ONE glider,
but not the 2, stacked and offset. It looks like there's some play left in it but
it's as far as it will go. I SHOULD just bet a larger cover, even if it's made for
another use. Note the "entry" opening.

This is as good as it's going to get until I replace the four bungee cords that rotted over
the Summer. This is the general idea. And, again, I SHOULD get 1 or two HUGE
moving blankets and not have to mess around with all the other junk. OR... Oreo and
Sheba COULD simply come into the house. The gap will get closed up once they get
used to ducking under the cover to access their space.

Certainly not perfect, but they use it and it's better than them having nothing at all.
Or... they could use their hut/house.
The End.
And they both just went under the cover and up onto the blankets,Looks comfy to me.
to think they prefer that make-shift cozy over their heated house - gotta love them!
