Yesterday's mail was in the box (on the ground).
But if there is no box (today, tomorrow, etc.) they will NOT
hand-deliver up to the house. That's why I have to do
something about it today.
(Actually I'm sympathetic, I've been there. We had car take out several mailboxes in a row once. In the winter! With frozen ground.)

It's a sturdy post now. The sturdiest. Trust me. It's even
