Been awake since 3:30. My sleep is all kinds of messed up. Or maybe just the new normal. But I don't care for it. Now I am longing for 5:30 wake ups and I thought THAT was early!!

Good morning,KC and Kat 3-3:30 seems to be my norm now. Not as bad as it sounds cause I've been wiped out and going to bed pretty early.

I feel ready to sleep around 6 or 7, but manage to stay awake until 9-9:30. If this super early stuff continues, I may just go to sleep at 8 or so. Feel like an old fuddy duddy!!Good morning,KC and Kat

Was up at 4:30 this morning, but am excited about youngest daughter coming to town......haven't seen her in over 3 years! Should be here about 7enish tonight.......hope my sleep pattern kicks into gear tonight.

We keep in touch as does the rest of the family via phone, texting, but it's not the same cause I haven't been able to hug her in that long. Is it any wonder I couldn't sleep?! The rest of the family in Fl. are hyper right now too.....she is going to be inundated.....she left at 5:30 this morning.

Daughter finally went to the walk in clinic last night and got meds for her sinus infection. Now on the way up for another fun day of cleaning. Upstairs is all done.Downstairs the bedroom and front porch left. Porch should be tons of fun. Hospice finally picked up their stuff yesterday so that part of the carpet has to be cleaned so I can get the lr back in order.

@FranC and @tiburonfirst , were you always early birds? Around 8 was pretty much my norm. Keeps going backwards. And I miss getting 8 hours. 7 is wonderful nowadays, but 5 or 6 leaves me completely drained. Hence, the sleep studies and changing meds around.
