Temps have dropped considerably, wind has picked up, so I guess it has begun. Hope we ALL stay safe and warm and with power!!!

I don't want no stinkin' roof rats, no stinkin' rattlers, and no stinkin' below zero temps. Gotta pick one, I'll take the temps, since they won't be staying forever.

Remembered to call the tax office this evening---------no lien.

great! but those liens usually get filed within 90 days and sometimes later i believe nh contracts out which slows the process down in some cases - just keep an eye on it!
