Love you MamaMom's helping make breakfast (soufflé, sausage patty, and 1/2 banana). I hate Alzheimer's, but sometimes it's just freaking hilarious too.
So I used a fry-pan for making the white sauce and mixing in the beaten egg whites, so I could use the same pan again to fry the sausage patty. Well, one of her tasks was to wash out the egg from the pan so we could fry the sausage. I went into the other room to check the recipe on the computer, and when I got back....
she was wiping out the pan with the banana. I almost lost it laughing, but I didn't! AG would have loved it, as I'm sure nanas make great scrapers.
Anyway, I showed her the wash-in-sink method.And she did great. (Sufferers just get confused sometimes).
Threw out the banana (raw egg all over it, even if it was not peeled yet). Washed all our hands, and now we're waiting for it all to bake.

Still windy....Friend came and put some screws into the skirting to hold it until spring, when he will come back and fix it properly, since we'll probably have more freezing. I was relieved...and still am...
And, on Saturday, got a guy coming to replace about 10-15 outlets throughout the house. Already know breaker box is fine and no problems upstream or downstream, just some bad outlets. Relieved on that, also.
