Making (hand made) burritos for dinner tonight. No PROPER cheese in the fridge!!!

Ooooo! Argh. Grrr. Any other time and the fridge is like Wisconsin in there.

Means I have to get to the store. WANTED to just stay inside today.

Back from heart doctor. All is still well. Weather is almost sweater weather today! Ya just never know
Next up, skin doctor Monday morning with single digit temps expected. Go figure!

I've worn a coat probably less than a dozen times this year. Get by
with heavy sweaters (if heading out in the car) or just sweats going
out to shovel or snowthrow.

I can do cold.

It's the snow that I hate hate hate. And hate again.

(I have to say the car turns into a furnace. Had to turn off the heat
and open a window on the 2-hour journey this past Wednesday. But
that just made the windows ice up.)

And the coat is a Fall or Spring windbreaker type thing.

But if you're using the canned enchilada sauce, it doesn't have the right flavor. It is kind of chili-like, kind of enchilada-like. And beefy. So pick up a savory-beef gravy and a can of enchilada sauce and mix in the can of e-sauce and at least 1/2 the jar of gravy.

Heinz savory beef gravy works. Add seasonings to taste (chili powder, cumin, paprika, onion and garlic powders, oregano, pepper). Probably salty enough already, but taste.

OK, so I have some of the beef gravy. I'm thinking, here, to wait until
"he" comes home before making the decision. I'm not receptive to stank
face in response to kitchen toil.

Should have just made PURRitos.

Rest of my day was quiet and nice. Starting a new med tomorrow. Sure hope it works and minimal side effects. Take first thing in the morning, as it can act as a stimulant, which is fine by me!
