Oh my, such sad stories being told......I got nothin'....well, my real father died in his sleep, the best way to go. But he was a drinker and smoker and had surgeries and a few heart attacks before the big one. Couldn't have been AFTER the big one, could it? 
I see a cardiologist once a year because of my father. But, I must have my mother's heart. It was super strong. Again, ya never know, though.
