Heather was up this morning to take my rubbish away. She stayed to visit for a couple hours and then had to go dress shopping for her sisters wedding next year. She wasn't to thrilled about that.She hates dresses as much as I do and she hates shoes too...LOL.

I'm so glad they charged the truck driver. He just plowed into those bikes.

I don't think he lost control at all.Those bikes were pretty spread out.It's more like he ran them down on purpose. Good chance the driver is a h addict also.

My SIL thought that he would be charged with negligent manslaughter at the worse. Cops had a reason to up that to negligent homicide.

maybe driving with defective equipment? if he got on the road knowingly with something he shouldn't have that might do it. if he was drunk i'm sure we would have heard. guess we'll find out ...

Well the homicide charge puts it at a deliberate killing. They know something they ain't telling yet.
