About 80% healed already. Corneal scratches heal fast. And about 70% of the entire cornea was affected. Left lens in. Gonna take precautions at next surgery. Will put ointment in when done, and cover the eye for several hours until I'm able to completely close that eye and blink, which will help the dryness a lot. Plus have artificial tears to use. My eyes dry out too fast. I talked to 4 different people, techs, drs, etc and ALL said that the amount of drops they use dry out your eye totally and, me with dry eyes, had a higher risk of this happening. He apologized and said that all looked great pre op, but my eyes must have been dryer than they looked. Everyone was very nice. Go back Monday to get lens out and, hopefully, final check.
