It's been pressure washed several times, and was done a week before they wrote us up - that's what set DH off. It's a really pissy HOA (golf course community).
I've used grease removers. I've used dawn and scrub brush...let it sit...more dawn and scrubbing...
These driveways were poorly done from the get go, I've never seen such shoddy concrete mix. The aggregate started showing after about 2 years. It's not much better than chalk.

I've suggested getting a can of concrete colored spray paint...
It's such a stupidly small area.

The paint will only adhere if you remove the oil first. Cover it with powdered laundry soap, wet it, let it sit for a day or two, and wash it off. At least that will remove the top oil layer and let the paint stick once the concrete dries.

Inspect the HOA president's property for technical violations from a distance. Who knows what you'll find for a bargaining chip. Sometimes, the best defense is an offense. :)
