Sure its the PaFizer shot? I mean, maybe you took part in that Fight Club last night and this is a delayed reaction to a blow you took.
At any rate, I would take two Aspirin, or Excedrin, or Advil, or Tylenol and check back with us later. I'm sure the other doctors here might be able to help.
Alternatively, a shot or two of whisky might be in order.

still waiting on the boy to return from his round of golf 
Had burgers for lunch (came out really good, used a burger "mold" so they were the right size for once). Took nap.
Dealt with GF and other phone stuff. Online stuff. Finished load of laundry.
Now, doing dishes early for easy evening.
Snack of some sort for dinner, and then movie.

I had the desire for lasagna. No way I had the time to make my homemade lasagna, so i thought maybe stouffer's would get me by. along with a salad and a dinner roll. that was a big fail. i managed to eat enough of it to call it dinner, but that was it.

They have changed stouffers. It used to be pretty good for a cheat meal, but the past couple of years we have bought it...it sucks. I don't care if we never have it again.

Lols, how bout I give you the recipe and you can post it elsewhere if you want
15.5 oz crushed pineapple
Can of condensed sweetened milk
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
8 oz cool whip
1/2 cup of pecans ( I use more because we like it)
2 Gram cracker pie crust
Mix well and pour into crust, refrigerate a minimum of 2 hours. Enjoy
