sorry, I didn't see this. It was a pork sirloin. no bone. Also, they only sell it as 1/2 of a pork sirloin.

We go indeed. 71 degrees here. Oy. Cell phone was wrong (Guess accuweather isn't very "accu") said it was 74 or 75, so I turned on the AC in the morning. Got up, checked actual local stations/sites and it was 71.

So now windows open, exchanging air. Will put AC back on later.
