Beautiful! I like to parboil 'em then drain and fry in butter with some old bay and serve on some squishy bread.

I don't know about parboiling them, but one of my favorites. Clean them, dredge in some flour with salt & pepper, then sauteed in some butter & oil until crisp. Take a piece of white bread and some mustard, and eat.
