    Aw thanks;)
    Happy Birthday Dale.
I made you breakfast, late of course (so for dinner):

But I decided that you really needed cake and ice cream too.
    So there's that:

And, as I seem to recall ( ;) ), you have a penchant for philosophical quotes, so:

    hey, pepper! ;)

    is that bread rising? :D

Nope. the organic whole wheat flour is being delivered some time tomorrow by amazon. when it arrives, my baking hat goes on. I think i have found the perfect whole wheat bread recipe that I can substitute half of the flour with buckwheat. I wonder how many variations I'll need try before I get it right? Hey, Rome wasn't built in a day.

    t-bone, potatoes, squash, tomatoes - i'm hungry ;)

Hopefully it didn't come in a box from Walmart.:D We're having yellow squash (and tomatoes) tonight , too. I took 3 pieces of bacon and fried them until crisp. Take them out and fry up onions and squash in the bacon grease until soft and tender. And then at the end, crunch up the bacon and sprinkle on top. Here's a pic.
