It's almost time again for Pepper's Famous Hot Sauce. I'll be picking in the next week or so. This year there will be a total of 8 peppers in the mix, 3 of them hot.

Hot Peppers (I'm not talking about myself:lol:)

Armageddon-- 1.2 million scoville (to give you reference, a jalapeno is about 8000 scoville)

    Scorpion--1.2 million+

    Ghost--1 million+

I'll be taming the hottness with these peppers: big bertha, shi....o, golden cal. wonder, mariachi, and Italian Roaster. I'm growing these, but I don't want to bore u too much.

p.s. LOL. ECF is censoring the s.h.i.s.h.i.t.o pepper

So we were informed today that someone at work tested positive for Covid-19.

"They" (management) took people aside and talked to them if they were in the vicinity of the person recently.

But there were only two people out today, and I know damn well I was near both of them since Mon/Tue. No talk for me.

But I've canceled my plans to go shopping this afternoon, and will just go to the gas station (need gas anyway). I'm wearing a mask at work too.

And if it is whom I suspect, she's an anti-vaxxer, hates needles. BUT...I still wouldn't wish this on her.

    Oy.

Sorry to hear that you may have been exposed Atty
Not a problem, fully vaccinated and feeling fine. :)

Ordered a paperback to read, though, just in case. Been meaning to order it anyway.

But I have to say, even though I hate run-away corporatism as much as any centrist or liberal, and almost as much as the socialists, I have to say that Amazon damn near deserves to own the book selling/streaming marketplace just by sheer effectiveness.

I ordered that book at 6:30 today (Wednesday), picked up a $1.99 offer for a week of Amazon Prime, get to stream prime movies for a week and get free shipping for my $10.00 ish book AND IT WILL BE HERE FRIDAY.

This is nothing new to most of us, I order from them every Christmas season and get the month of prime to get free shipping. But I have to say every time I do this type of thing I'm just impressed as all hell. Nothing but impressed. Amazed might be a better word.
