The smoked hot sauce is done. It taste incredible, but I have to let is age for at least 2 weeks

p.s. forgot there's a Mariachi pepper there too. it's the top bright red next to the garlic.

On the grill burner saute'ing. I could have done this inside with half the hot, hot peppers that I usually use. it wasn't near as dangerous.

Pureed in the food processor. A little darker reddish color due to the chipotle peppers. Hot.. but more than manageable for most people. I can't wait for this to mature over the next 2 weeks. It has this beautiful smoky flavor. It'll go great on my eggs every morning.
