    Old guys like me don't remember yesterday very well but we can tell you what was said or happened fifty or seventy years ago.

    I remember 1948 the super Jerry and Rose was baby sitting me so mom could go to work. That was a fun filled day playing with everyone's garbage working the dumbwaiter shaking the rope at all those doors then lowing that great garbage down to us and bringing it out to the curb. Those cans filled with coal ash couldn't move them it was all up to Uncle Jerry. I don't recall if that was once or a twice week chore that had to be done. So many memories.

    that might be enough to get me on the road! :D

    It's been simmering for a couple hours and the flavors are really starting to intensify as the moisture evaporates. The San Marzano tomatoes have this beautiful, sweet, tomatoey (and yes, that is a word according to Webster. I thought i made it up.:lol:) taste that's so deep in flavor. I could eat them out of a can with some mozzarella cheese.
