Here's some pics of the pizza. The crust came out incredible. I made is super thin with a nice border to dip into the pizza sauce I made. The crust was made with 00 italian flour which made all of the difference. It was nice and crunchy on the bottom with a nice chewy feature. I've never been happy with any of the crust I've ever made, but this one hit it out of the park.
The only thing I didn't account for was the spiciness of the sauce, or lack thereof. It tasted awesome on its own, but it got overpowered by the crust, cheese, and toppings. I went ahead and added more
salt, garlic powder, and other spices for the next pie.
Here a few pics:
freshly needed (

for tibby) dough.
dough after 45 minutes. The first one to guess what ingredient i used to make it double in size wins $100 dollars.
pizza with sauce and toppings. I like to heat up the pepperoni and press it btwn 2 paper towels to get rid of some of the grease. And I cook the sausage before adding it. I also don't have a pizza peel, so it's tough pressing it out in a circle and transferring it to the pizza pan and keeping it in a circle. I kinda like the square pizza anyways.
pizza with cheese. forgot to take pic while it was on the counter, so i took it right after putting it in the oven. Looks like the pepper needs to push the clean button on the oven.
sliced up and ready to eat.
How do I make the pics a little smaller? I want them bigger than thumbnail, but not this big. Also, I know I said I was going to make a keto pizza, but decided against it because I didn't feel like dealing with something new last night. The Pepper was tired and hungry after an eventful day. I think u people understand.
