I've been experiencing "cough syncope" since shortly
before Covid + test results. Been negative for almost
a week, but the stars, comets and lightning bolts (*)
persist during and after a cough.

"Google-They" say to check BP, oxygen levels, and
    pulse during a cough... like, yeah...unless you're
wearing a BP halter and that clampy thing on a
finger when it occurs, how's that going to happen?
Lawn to mow, gardens to clean out... you know, life.
Not about to sit in the house and wait.

I'm giving it time to resolve.

If I collapse on the front lawn, I will leave it to the
kindness of strangers to help me out. In the back,
    not so much.

(*) - phosphenes... trippy. MD telemedicine opinion.
So it could also be a vision thing (retinal pressure).

Hmmm... spin the Wheel 'O Specialist... who gets co-paid first?!?!

    LOL @ standing.

I went down a couple weeks ago after + test. Why I called MD.

But it just ended up in a guess, maybe, could be.

So I'm supposed to make appointments to cardio and eye doc to chase after rather fleeting symptoms? I'll wait it out.
