In addition to the regular post, add the actual URL by putting [PLAIN][/PLAIN] around it. But if you need a login to view the contents, that won't work for those that don't FB.
The [PLAIN] stuff will prevent ECF's parser from hijacking the URL and reformatting it for the Facebook add-in that many people don't want/have. The users can copy the text and paste it into their address bar and get to the FB link if allowed access by FB. It won't be a hot-link though, just the text of the URL to copy/paste.
