I have an early start tomorrow, but I'm trying to stay up and watch Biden's supposedly short speech. Should be interesting, the internet blow-back from it should keep me occupied through the weekend.

You must have known this before

The Constitution of the United States, art. 1, s. 8. gives power to congress " to provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the Union, suppress insurrections, and repel invasions."

But now that you heard Joe Biden's speech, do you think the D's are heading towards this direction any time soon?
