Hello, people & tibby. I'm still in Florence and having a awesome time. The weather continues to be in the low to mid 70s with nothing but sunshine. It's like there's no insects here. lol We leave the windows open with no screens--we are on the fourth floor, maybe the insects, flies, etc., can[t make it up here.lol
Each evening we are entertained with a opera singer, singing live somewhere around the area. It's beautiful. Today, we were around the Duomo and this guy is just started singing. He was incredible. Hopefully, this video comes through. Have a good one people. We are having Florentine steak tonight.

GIANT maple tree branch came down overnight,
blocking road. (It wasn't even windy or rainy.)
RING RING RING and POUND POUND POUND around
1am. Took three guys to move it onto lawn.
Just spent almost 3 hours pruning/cutting/lopping/
bundling the smaller stuff. I'll have to hit up the "nice"
neighbor to use his mini chainsaw to chop up the big
wood.
The tree must come down. It's way way past time.
And I'm too old.
Getting quote on 28th. I did get a couple quotes about
5 or 6 years ago, so I know what to expect what with
inflation and understaffing and supply chain and
all that crap.
The List just grows and grows. Sigh.

lol, bear! i think there's no hope for the 2 of us! chilly morning this morning but no heat for the parrots in the family room - error e3, low pressure ............. sigh
