Tibby. In this case, he should err on the side of caution. After all, many people refer to the whole power unit as an "e-cig battery". So semantic discussions are a bit dangerous in that context.
Besides, we KNOW that someone lost teeth. And that ECF has tons of safety recommendations...particularly about vents for venting batteries so the enclosure doesn't "go boom".
