I get a brownish reddish gunk right at the tip of my batts. Happened with pre-fills and well as re-fills. It's not really wet, and a q-tip wipes it right off. hope it's not going to be a problem, but it's not bothering me yet...

what I usually do to clean my batteries and I usually never have any problems is use an old toothbrush and dip it in some rubbing alcohol diluted with some water and rub the end then wipe it with a papertowel.
