so are most of you vaping with or without nicotine

I just started vaping about 2 weeks ago and started out with 18mg and 24mg nic juice. I have not smoked but about 4 cigarettes since I started vaping, and that was only because I was out someplace without my PV. Otherwise, I wouldnt have needed to smoke at all. This was sort of an impulse buy for me, and did not expect to just suddenly stop smoking like I did, but I am absolutely glad I did.

As far as trying to quit on 0mg nic juice...I just don't see how it would be possible. You might as well try to quit cold turkey, imo. While the vaping may help with the oral fixation, and the feeling of "smoking" - your body will still need the nicotine.

Damn! Guess I was wrong when I decided to go with 0! I've decided to stop smoking on my anniversary but do you think is a bad idea that I started vaping at 0???

If you think about it....vaping at 0mg is akin to quitting analogs "cold turkey"....as sp4 points out....
Most agree to begin vaping at a nic level close to what you were smoking - probably 18-24mg/ml....then wean yourself off nic by decreasing the dosage a bit at a time....how MUCH of a drop, over how LONG a period....will vary by the individual.....
Personally, I started vaping to stop SMOKING....NOT quit nicotine....so I'm vaping away at 24mg/ml, with an occasional 36mg juice if I feel a real craving coming on.....
Good luck with whatever vaping route you take!! It's better than stinkies, by FAR!!!:)

Wait, you started vaping already or not?

If you're already vaping at zero and you're not having any problems, then you weren't wrong.
If you haven't started vaping yet, you might want to get some nicotine juice just in case zero doesn't work for you.

6mg right now. I started at 18mg for a month or so, dropped to 12mg for a month of so, and am now at 6mg. Going to stay here for a little while and then start mixing to get 3mg and eventually go to zero. Hoping by the first of the year I can put all my vaping gear in the classifieds.
I would recommend very strongly against selling ALL of your vaping gear if you eventually quit vaping.
That's a really good way to find yourself back on cigarettes again some day.

3.6% nic and 2.4% by the 2nd week. Third really, found a pack an open couple days into it.

This is my 4th week stinky free, and have been chain vapping some 1.8%, but the Boba's & Gorilla Juice (both 18ml) are tasty on my pallet.
Still need to fall back on the RY4 with 2.4%.

After 2 PAD, hope to be at 1.2% next year.

Somewhere out there
0 nic vaping feels rather pointless FOR ME. I still have some around, but rarely use it.

I started with a mix of 6mg and 12mg and found myself chain vaping. I've recently increased to some 12mg and some 18mg and find I'm happier with the lower volume I use at this level. I'm using up to 2ml a day now compared to the 3 to 5ml I was using.

I actually just bought my first 2 bottle of 6mg white rabbit and twas brillig this week, and a bottle of 0mg april moon. I normally vape 12mg, and after 8 months I genuinely feel like I dont depend on the nic like I used to when I first quit. I feel like 12 is way too high and I vape very little because of it. So after I do the 6mg bottle Im gonna see how the 0mg feels. Hopefully this will be the end of nic for me!

The first juice I ever ordered was from Johnson Creek. I didn't know which strength to choose so I picked 1.8% (18mg.) Although vaping was helping me give up cigarettes, I felt like the juice wasn't quite satisfying my cravings for nic. So the next time I ordered, I chose 2.4% and I finally felt satisfied. But after vaping 24mg for nearly 2 months, I was beginning to feel heavy in my chest and I began to wonder if 24mg was too strong for me. Especially after reading lots of posts where other people are vaping much lighter nicotine contents! I intend to slowly work my way down from 24 mg. Eventually, I hope to be all the way down to zero!
