Actually I talked to the guy at the local vapor spot and he said that prob 1/10 customers vape without nicotine, and the most popular strength was 18mg. It's possible there are lots of people who just don't do retail purchases and smoke w/o nicotine but i doubt it. pretty sure it's very rare to smoke NO nicotine, and personally I'm not sure why anybody would. It's far healthier than smoking but frankly there is zero possibility vapping is AS SAFE as not vapping at all.

2 months in: Started with 18 but it was affecting my sleep (was < 1/2 PAD smoker except on weekends), so now using 12 and 6. Next juice orders will be for 6. Beyond that, I'm hoping to hit 0 and keep vaping for the enjoyment

Slowly decreasing Nic level, after 5pm I usually have 6-12 depending on what is on hand. Surprising myself, I have found that sometimes I like unflavored juice. It's kindof refreshing almost.

Started with 18 mg 2 years ago. Worked my way down slowly for around a year. Been happy at 3.5mg since around the first of this year. May move down to 0. Or not. Just going with the flow right now.

I was 18 for the first 5 months or so then stepped down to 15. 18 is just too high at sub ohms and most of my stuff sits at .5 to .9 these days.

24-36mg for the past 3 years. I vape all day, every day and it wasn't until a couple of days ago that I realized I needed to step it down because I'm pretty sure I'm taking in more nicotine now than I ever did while smoking, mostly because I smoke on top of vaping (I should probably cut that out too). I wish I made a schedule when I went into this rather than going with the flow, but I guess it's never too late to start.

Started at 18, but lately I've been mixing my DIY stuff at 12. Since I mix already made stuff as well as "from scratch", I'm vaping anywhere in that range.

18/15 here... Though I might step down some of the delicate fruit flavors to 6 or 12... I get a weird taste that I think might be the nic overpowering the juice a little.

I'm hoping to slowly drop down as I go.

Started @ 18mg nearly 3 weeks ago, tried 12 and it was enough so my next order will be 12mg & 6 mg. Only reason I am still at 18mg for a while is that when I first started, I went crazy and bought a lot of juices @ 18mg. I know I can dilute by buying lower mg bottles of the same stuff but I've reached my budget limit for a while. lol

Happy at 24 six weeks into vaping but I found that chain vaping right before bed at 24 isn't a good thing so I have a 6 for late night vape outs

Most of my juices are at 18. I like a nice hit. Of course I'm coming off of chewing a half can of Copenhagen a day. I'd like to get a bit lower than this but not too interested in giving it up at this time. I find the throat hit is a big part of the pleasure for now.
