I heard they were phasing out 36mg in most of the shops because it messed with people's stomach and generally tastes horrible. It appears, at least where i live, to be true. Most of the B&Ms don't sell anything higher than 24
so are most of you vaping with or without nicotine

I started out with 18 then down to 13 and now within 4 months I am down to 6. Some times I use 0. I keep a little of all just in case I have a bad day.. give me the 18 LOL
Interesting. I started at 18 mg but I've been at zero for a while now. I really don't think I was significantly addicted to nicotine when I smoked. Sure was addicted to cigarettes though. I don't know if I could have quit smoking as easily as I did without nic juice. If you stick with zero nic juice please update us once you stop smoking. I'm really curious how it will go for you.
I would have a bottle of 12 mg juice tucked away just in case you find you need something more.
Started at 18mg two months ago - it wasn't enough, so I went up to 24mg. I've since gradually worked down to 12mg and have a bottle of 6mg in my juice stash that I'm going to try out soon. I don't have any real timetable or goal in mind - if I get down to 0mg, so be it....if not, I'll stay wherever works best for me.
I'm a smoker, tryibg to quit, who has been smoking for 13 years. I only go for the 6mg nic juices.

I started with 18mg because I was told it would be the most similar to a cigarette, but I found it too harsh in my throat. I dropped to 12mg and haven't looked back.
Started with 18 , then got a few concentrates and started making DIY... all my batches I make sit between 0 and 12 mg ... I usually try vape 0 at night. Don't even think I am addicted to NIC anymore, but sometimes nice to have a bit of extra "burn".
I started at 24mg but in the last week or so, I've dropped to 18mg and not noticed much of a difference. I'd love to get down to zero nicotine, but I'm 40 and have had some sort of nicotine in my blood since I was 15, so I'll continue to step down.

I can't bring myself to go no-nic...in my head it feel like I might as well stop vaping/smoking all together if I were do to that!
i tried 0 nic today..since i've been vaping 06mg..i thought it wont make much difference

Currently bouncing between 12 and 18....just started my vaping journey a little over two weeks ago.
I would eventually like to cut it down to 6 or less, but I am in no big hurry.

I started with 24mg, now 4 years later I'm finally down to 6mg, maybe one day I'll get to zero.
I like 0 NIC in bed while reading/watching movies... I find I tend to go overboard and forget I'm vaping but if I've got NIC i get wired.
