So disappointed with Kanger Unitank

Hey. I quit vaping and went back to cigarettes because I was tired of coughing with vaping no matter what I did, did away with my setup, too (it wasn't anything fancy). Well, I lost my job and can't afford cigarettes, so I am back to vaping. I went to the local b&m looking for an inexpensive setup to start with and picked up a vision spinner 2 and wanted an aerotank but they were out, the guy suggested a unitank. I had to hurry so I went ahead and bought it, and I really don't like it. The guy at the shop told me it was adjustable airflow, which it is not, and I am super disappointed by the flavor. This thing has no flavor at all. The hit is otherwise nice but just no flavor. It doesn't help that I am vaping vg-only which doesn't have much flavor anyway (I'm vaping midnight decadence by kind juice- pg makes me cough worse it seems, I know vg liquid is for dripping and it clogs coils very quickly but I am doing what I can to make the experience enjoyable). Flavor is better on the little crappy generic clearo I got. Has anyone else had this experience with unitanks?

Thankfully I placed an order for an aerotank a couple of days ago so I'll stick with the unitank until it gets here. I have had nautilus, aerotank and now unitank and aerotank is my favorite.

I am so sorry you lost your job but I'm sort of glad that you are going back to vaping. Sorry I have never used the Unitank but I am sure others will come along and be able to help you or at least offer sympathy.

Vaping, as with any true hobby, is only good when you have yourself the right equipment. Since you were pleased with it before, I'm sure once you get the new Aerotank things will be better for you. Let us know how you are doing.

I hope that vape shop didn't hose you on that unitank - pretty sure they were discontinued by Kanger. Nice idea, but it was a bad design. And nope - they don't have adjustable air flow.

It was $14. When I asked if they had aerotank he said no and presented me with protank 3 and unitank, I asked him which one he personally thought was better, he said unitank and that it had adjustable airflow.
I don't like that ecigarette shop anyway. It is full of condescending hipsters, but it was the only one open this late (they recently opened an in-shop bar and are open until 2 am).
