FYI, I signed the petition days ago, and my name does not appear on the list. I just signed it again in case something went wrong with the first time, and once again, my name does not appear on the list. Maybe this is why there appears to be so few signatures?
Edit: I have not received a confirmation e-mail in either case.

Wolf, your name will not appear unless and until you click the link in the confirmation email. This is to give the petition more validity.
Many of us have had this problem, me included. I have my gmail account set up with Outlook, and I had to go to the web version of gmail, and look for the spam folder; the confirmation email was in with all the crap stuff gmail prevents me from having to even see, normally.
So I'd advise you to look wherever your email program or service stores the kind of spam you never see, and you will probably find it too.
Thanks I had checked the spam filter just in case. It isn't there.
Anyway, I encourage everyone to check and make sure you get the confirming e-mail. I'd hate to think that my situation is a patterned technical glitch that is preventing a lot of names from getting on the petition. 200ish names on the petition doesn't seem right to me given the number of active members on the forum. It isn't even 5% of the active members here.

I've tried signing that petition like 6 times now...and never get the email to confirm...so I'm about to give up on the petition
my provider is my local cable company....and the email addy has to be all lower case or it won't go through..I'm wondering if that's the issueWho do you use for email Drozd? I wonder if it would be legit for you to send it to my email and I could just PM you the link? If you want to try it let me know and I'll PM you my addy.
If you've signed it wouldn't likely allow another signature from the same email...

Yes, but I keep several. Not really into shoes, but a girl can never have too many email addys
It could be. My suggestion would be just to set up a Yahoo account. It only take a couple of minutes and a minimum of information. It also comes in handy to sign up where spam is a likely result.
