The way I did it was ignoring the guidelines below 6mg/ml, and going much slower. Iirc it was 5, 4, 3.5, 3, 2.5,2,1.75,1.5,1.25,1,0.75, 0.5,0.25,0. I’ll do the same with flavoring I guess. Most people who smoke 0/0 eventually just stop. Im at about 0/10 right now. I had trouble at 3. Also at 12. Nicotine is an anti anxiety, so at 12 I started taking a non-addictive one. Before I did that I wasn’t able to get below 12 without chain vaping. If I started doing that I’d stay at that level till I didn’t, then drop to the next lowest level.
I did it by liquid amout not time. I’d mix 100ml bottles, so if it wasn’t going well I’d mix another one at the same concentration. If the bottle lasted less than 3 days, I’d mix another of the same. There were a number of doubles and one triple. It wasn’t fast, but it’s worked so far. I’ve quit cold turkey though and it was MUCH less unpleasant.
I’m particularly leery of the 3 to 0 jump. That’s where a lot of people fail. I noticed the curve got sharper instead of more gradual. This evened it out a bit
