Where in the world could I find an e-liquid supplier to match the good vape and non throat hit of a blu.

Now I know its mostly about PG vs VG but what ratio would a blu be?

P.S I've bought eliquid from:
Myfreedomsmokes - Wonderful taste just cant get past the throat hits
ecblends - The only site that has a ratio close to the blu
mistymountainvapor - ehh

Thanks for any replys.

Okay well here's the thing, I never smoked cigarettes. I smoked black and milds about 5 or 6 a day and they never phased me. It was what I needed to keep stress levels down for me atleast but it was so smooth of a hit.

Now I've tried cigarettes and that's why I couldn't switch because of the throat hit.

The juice I use is 36mg nic level. So is that why the throat hits so strong because one of them after about 3 or 4 puffs out of my ego-t (which I need to post about later because my tank is horrible as is everyone else's and hopefully they make one that doesn't leak and wont give out after about 10 puffs) and it gave me a straight headache.

Sorry guys with the whole life story here, Im heading to work and I wanted to go ahead and post. Btw you guys are fast a replying and I really appreciate that. I can see why the forum is so big.

Well right now I'm using an 650 mah ego with blu cart. I've used the 36mg nic from the sites in my post but the best I've ever had was from ecblends with a 60/40 ratio of vg/pg. I don't refill the carts because of not having any liquid to suit my awkward non throat hit personality. I'm using cherry and tobacco flavors of blu.

Again sorry for the fast talk. I'm trying to get this post written at the stoplights

Wow! Even the most hardcore of the hardcore smokers only start out with 36mg. That's rough even with high vg liquid. Is that what you started with with the blu or what you have now? Try lowering your nic to 18 or 24. You can use the 18mg to "water" down the 36 a bit.

Higher VG will lessen the harshness. PG delivers more of whatever you have in the juice. VG will lower it down. Get some lower nic juice and dilute it until you have it right. 18 and 24mg. Also, get an atomizer to test juices with. You can sample small batches before putting it in a cartomizer. Just don't drip into an atomizer attached to a battery if you have an auto. 510 attys fit a blu. Get standard resistance. 2.5ohms and up. Lower can damage your battery. 2.0ohms is the lowest you should ever go and it's pushing it on smaller batteries.

I'm not using a blu batt, I'm using a ego tank batt. Is there a big noticeable difference between the 36mg and 24mg?

Go to Johnson Creek. The "Domestic" (Red Oak line) is very close to the Blu "classic tobacco". You can go ahead and order the 18 mg it has little throat hit to it. (honestly 12 is better and really smooth)...As far as the Cherry they don't have that in VG only yet so I'm not sure what blu's doing there. They do have a cherry in the original but I've never tried it.
As has been mentioned the NIC is a lot of the throat hit. Also, if you are used to the draw from using the blu I suggest using VERY light inhales on anything better. One of the problems I have going from my Blu to anything manual (even a 510) is I "get" too much. (YES I still use my blu daily especially when out and about).

It's hard to go from anything Blu has to anything else except the Johnson Creek stuff. And again, LIGHT SLOW draws and not nearly as hard as you had to on the blu batteries. (even the disposable).

Good luck. As a current Blu user (and switches to other things) If I can help let me know.

Regards,
Deach

Also could I just dilute the juice with water or is there something else I should try?

Definitely a difference between the lower and higher nic levels. Maybe get the 18mg and you'll have more playing room. If you go to the drugstore, near the witchhazel and other facial stuff, you'll find USP glycerin. Glycerin is what's used as a base for your liquid. (VG) Don't use water. It won't work very well. Of course any time you use anything unflavored to dilute, you will be losing flavor.

Better to get the VG sold at a DIY supplier but the glycerin at the drug store is safe to use. May be hard to spot but it's there somewhere. It's sold as a facial moisturizer.
