Go to Johnson Creek. The "Domestic" (Red Oak line) is very close to the Blu "classic tobacco". You can go ahead and order the 18 mg it has little throat hit to it. (honestly 12 is better and really smooth)...As far as the Cherry they don't have that in VG only yet so I'm not sure what blu's doing there. They do have a cherry in the original but I've never tried it.
As has been mentioned the NIC is a lot of the throat hit. Also, if you are used to the draw from using the blu I suggest using VERY light inhales on anything better. One of the problems I have going from my Blu to anything manual (even a 510) is I "get" too much. (YES I still use my blu daily especially when out and about).

It's hard to go from anything Blu has to anything else except the Johnson Creek stuff. And again, LIGHT SLOW draws and not nearly as hard as you had to on the blu batteries. (even the disposable).

Good luck. As a current Blu user (and switches to other things) If I can help let me know.

Regards,
Deach

I hear you! I started with Blu and I am having a hell of a time finding a juice that I like. I just ordered a Johnson Creek sampler pack (Red Oak Line) and I am hoping that it is here tomorrow. I haven't been able to fully enjoy my KGO because I haven't had a good juice to put in it. Everything I have purchased so far, taste like it was mixed with perfume or soap!

Also try the other line.....Mix the original smoke juice and the Tennessee Red OAK.....;)

typically think of nic content in terms of 6mg increments. Most come that way and it's easy to dilute.
(You are going to dilute flavor though.) 36 mg is 6 parts. so 1 part 0mg to 5 parts 36mg would lower your nic content down one part making 30mg. 2 parts 0mg to 4 parts 36 mg would equal 24.

Best thing to do is dilute the glycerin a little in a seperate bottle with a little vodka. A few drips at a time. Just enough to thin it a little. It will be easier to measure. Once it's thinned, you can also drip a few drops into your already filled cartos to smooth them out. It will take a few puffs to get it there as it replaces the juice already wicking to the coil.

If you replace the word "part" with the word "ml" it should sort it out. The "part" is just measurement and you are working in 1 ml increments. 10ml means there is a fraction in there which makes it harder. Do you have a dropper with measurements on it?

if you do......1ml of glycerin to 5ml of the 36mg(half the bottle) would make 30mg per ml
2ml of glycerin to 4ml of the 36mg would make 24 mg per ml.
3ml of glycerin to 3ml of the 36mg (50/50 blend) would make 18 mg per ml. (It will also make it very very thick!)

or.....don't worry. Pour some 36 out and drip glycerin into it till it does you right!

Just measure into a separate bottle. Squirting in 2ml increments. Or your way works too. Plug up the syringe tip if you get a bigger syringe and pour into the syringe. You can mix right in the syringe. But it's kind of hard to shake up thick liquid in a syringe. You can typically find oral syringes in the baby section of the pharmacy.

Its just crazy to think that something labeled for "skin" use is safe to ingest. I'm just happy I saw the USP on the label because I have alittle background when it comes to ingredients and the knowledge of what things mean. If haden't of saw the USP I can tell you I wouldn't have bought it.

I hear alot of people saying that Pure glycerin is actual vegetable glycerin. Is that correct?

Smoking-the same.
vaping- an entire univers. try everithing! You could have big surprises..
Examples: cartomizers-taste, less vapor/
cartridges-more vapor
Direct dripping- more vapor,TH, less taste
Tanks-more vapor, a kind of airy vapor, less TH
VG thicker than PG,more vapor and TH.
LR- more vapor ant TH than HR/standard
Dual coil-more than single coil
... and this is just a matter of taste... my taste.
The point is: if a single person feels so different-me-do you understand what diversity is this univers called"VAPING"!?
